- Pre-owned web designs (non-custom)
- Web hosting

- Business email setup
- Website maintenance
We do not provide fully customized web design services. Instead, we sell our pre-designed websites as an annual subscription package, which includes hosting, SSL certificates, business email, and ongoing maintenance.
3. Service Delivery & Refund Policy
- Once full payment is confirmed, we begin service delivery as soon as possible.
- We do not provide refunds for digital goods, including:
- Websites
- Mobile applications
- Web hosting
- Business email services
- Local SEO services
- Computer OSO services
- Paid promotions
- Website domains
- All sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances.
4. Service Renewal Policy
- Our website services are provided on an annual subscription basis.
- Clients who wish to switch service providers at the time of renewal will not receive the website source code.
- If a client chooses not to renew their Local SEO service, WebFlairs retains full rights to suspend the Google Business Profile page created by our company.
- The company will remain the sole owner of the Google Business Profile page created on behalf of the client.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
- As we provide pre-owned web designs on a subscription basis, clients do not own the website’s source code.
- The subscription grants clients the right to use the website and related services for the duration of the paid term.
- Failure to renew the subscription may result in the suspension or termination of the website and associated services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
